Full-Time or Pa

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, and plan developmental and recreational engagements. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while maintaining a smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free environment. Couples reside on duty for nine consecutive days followed by three days off, transitioning eventually to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Both spouses must be married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and hold a valid U.S. driver's license with van certification.
