Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents — married couples reside in on-campus student homes (approx. 8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, guidance, transportation to activities, and leadership of devotions/Chapel; initially nine days on duty with three days off, later transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home; includes housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits. Requires two-person married couple living on campus with both spouses 27+ years old, valid driver's licenses, and ability to lift 50 lbs; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for application
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Chapel services
- Commitment to on-campus housing and full-time schedule
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- No more than three dependent children in the home
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Proselytizing prohibited while on duty
