Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, for a two-person married couple. They provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. They follow a nine-on/three-off schedule initially, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent living-and-working arrangement with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, legal marriage for at least two years, aged 27 or older for both spouses, limit of three dependent children in the home, a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and comfort leading devotions and attending Judeo-Christian chapel services.
