Full-Time Flex Houseparents — a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent with the same students. Work schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance; requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
