Two-person Flex Houseparent role lives on campus in student homes, provides daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students, manages routines and schedules, administers medications, transports students to activities, leads daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversees budgeting and reporting, and transitions to a placed houseparent after an initial nine-days-on, three-days-off duty cycle. Requires ownership of a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications and be legally married for at least two years, with applicants aged 27 or older; HS diploma/GED required. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement savings, and paid time off.
