Milton Hershey School seeks a two-person married couple to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents in Schenectady, NY. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, and planning activities. Responsibilities include driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting various student homes on a rotating nine days on duty, three days off schedule before transitioning to a placed houseparent role with a stable student home.
