Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent position on Milton Hershey School campus in Santa Cruz, CA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, supervise 8–13 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and support, manage daily routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from initial nine-on/three-off duty to a placed houseparent role. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with campus policies; relocation assistance and paid training provided. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
