Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and progressing from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to follow a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with specific housing rules. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and designated PTO; relocation and housing are included as part of compensation.
