Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle and eventual placement in a single home. Qualifications include youth-facing experience, a legally married two-person couple aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with potential van-driving certification, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and Judeo-Christian campus expectations. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
