Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision/mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning/devoting to activities and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires both spouses, legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, to complete separate applications; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple with housing/benefits). Relocation assistance and training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse requirement: both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role model for students
