Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, guidance, supervision, and structured routines for on-campus students in a two-person, married-couple role. They reside in student homes, oversee daily schedules and activities for ~8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handle budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single, long-term houseparent assignment. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (roughly $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), comprehensive insurance, retirement, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications include youth experience, two-year married status for both spouses, age 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus, pet limits, and a high school diploma or GED. Both spouses must submit individual applications for consideration.
