Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School for a two-person married couple. Roles reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, routines, medications administration, transportation to activities, and engagement in development and recreation. Responsibilities include leading devotions, Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and housing reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a placed houseparent in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with youth
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
