Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for roughly 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, and coordinating activities. Responsibilities include driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and supporting various student homes on a nine-on/four-off initially, transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (about $168,000 total per couple with housing, meals, utilities, and more), comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requirements include youth experience, legitimate marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus conduct (smoke-free, weapon-free, alcohol-free while on duty).
