Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents role at Milton Hershey School, living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and support; manage routines, medications, and student schedules; drive students to activities; lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and reporting; initial nine-on, three-off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home; includes relocation support and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED required
