Full-Time Flex Houseparents for a two-person, legally married couple to reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and active engagement in development and spiritual activities for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting, reporting, leading devotions, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with a nine-on/three-off schedule. Located in Madison County, AL with relocation assistance and paid training; both spouses must apply individually to be considered.
