Full-Time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to care for groups of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, household management, medication administration, and active engagement in development and recreation. Duties include driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and religious activities (daily devotions and Sunday Chapel), budgeting and reporting, and maintaining a structured family-like environment. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single home. Benefits include salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing, meals, utilities, and more), comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid training, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Qualifications require experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, aged 27 or older, and able to meet additional living, driving, and devotional requirements.
