Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role for married couples residing in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include managing household routines, budgeting, reporting, and supporting students’ academic, emotional, and social development. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
