Full-Time or Pa

Two-person married couple to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students.
