Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentorship, managing routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. The role follows a nine days-on, three days-off schedule initially, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, along with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
