Full-Time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married-couple role living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship and guidance, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in development and recreational activities, and lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Per-person salary of $44,768 with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, plus relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
