Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents on a U.S. on-campus setting at Milton Hershey School. They reside in student homes, supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off cycle across multiple homes and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same students. Compensation includes salary per person with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. A high school diploma or GED is required, as is a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. The position requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years, to be at least 27 years old, and to complete individual applications for consideration.
