Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent roles live on campus in student homes (Glenarden, MD and Hershey, PA) to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a fixed student-home assignment. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, comprehensive benefits, and housing/meal provisions. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older.
