Job Summary
Two-person, married couple will reside on campus as Flex Houseparents in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group in their own home. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (total compensation per couple ~ $168,000), comprehensive insurance options, retirement benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
