Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) at Milton Hershey School, living on campus to supervise and support a group of approximately 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Compensation includes $44,768 per person (about $168,000 per couple) plus comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses being legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older. The role is on-campus, in-person, with no alcohol on duty and other campus policies. To apply, both spouses must complete individual applications.
