Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents: a two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, manage routines, administer medications, drive and plan activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with future transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and free housing. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and both spouses must be age 27+, with at least two years of marriage; two-person team applications required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
