Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for a group of ~8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompanying Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and housing/meal provisions. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and eligibility for roles requiring married couples living on campus; both spouses must apply individually and meet age and residency conditions.
