Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live in on-campus student homes as a two-person married couple, overseeing a group of 8–13 students and providing supervision, mentorship, and guidance. Responsibilities include daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, daily devotions and Sunday chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older; relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
