Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. Located on campus in Hershey, PA, the position involves residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities and planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students.
