Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents team to live in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation for activities, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities for 8–13 students. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a dedicated student-home setting. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation assistance. Requires on-campus housing eligibility, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and alcohol-free campus; applicants must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must apply separately.
