Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, live in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a placed houseparent role. Requires experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, PTO, and housing/meal provisions for the couple. Required Qualifications

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
