Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in student homes to provide daily supervision, guidance, and mentorship for 8–13 students; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off duty cycle to a permanent placed houseparent role. Requires legally married couples for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and a high school diploma or GED, with a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and no alcohol on duty. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; salary per person is $44,768 (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-person role
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Desire to live and work with a group of 8–13 students in a student home
