Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School. The couple resides in an on-campus student home, provides daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, manages household routines and student schedules, administers medications, drives students to activities, plans developmental and recreational activities, leads daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversees budgeting and reporting, and will initially support multiple homes with a nine-on / three-off schedule before transitioning to a single placed home. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually (approx. $168,000 total for the couple, with inclusive benefits and on-site housing). Benefits include health/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, relocation assistance, and paid training. Qualifications include youth experience, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, comfort leading devotions and Chapel services, ability to lift 50 lbs, clean conduct expectations, and a two-year married requirement for both spouses.
