Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to live on-campus with 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation, and devotional activities; duties include budgeting/household reporting, driving to activities, leading daily devotions, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off housing to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and attending Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Willingness to complete individual employment applications by both spouses
