Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role is a two-person, married-couple position with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle, transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing and meals), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
