Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role transitions from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and complete individual applications. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and on-site housing meals while on duty.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel
