Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO), and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couple
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
