Full-Time Flex Houseparents needed for Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. The role is a two-person, legally married couple position with a nine-on/three-off schedule during initial placement, transitioning to a Stable Houseparent in the same student home. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and operating within a structured, smoke- and weapon-free campus. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation per couple (~$168,000), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, training, and paid time off.
