Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus setting, living in on-campus student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, manage daily routines and schedules, administer medications, drive to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule and eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role; includes on-campus housing, meals while on duty, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Proselytizing prohibited (non-Judeo-Christian chapel guidance)
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
