Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same students. The position requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27+, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
