Job Summary
Two-person married couple responsible for living in on-campus student homes and supervising/mentoring a group of ~8–13 students. Duties include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing development and recreation activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Initially a nine-on, three-off cycle with eventual placement as a single houseparent for a dedicated student home; requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus policies.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-spouse requirement for employment
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
