Job Summary
Two-person married couple role for Full-Time Flex Houseparents living on-campus to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and Chapel attendance, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of married status (spouses)
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- No more than three dependent children in the home
