Seeking a two-person, married couple to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. The role involves on-campus residence in student homes, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially, duties follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with a total couple compensation around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and an unequivocal commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus; two-year married status for both spouses and age 27+ are required. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications to be considered, and the role involves fostering student growth, safety, and well-being in a structured, family-like environment.
