Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities and planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires a two-person couple living arrangement, with both spouses professionally employed in the role, a high school diploma or GED, an older-than-27 requirement for both spouses, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with campus safety and religious guidelines.
