Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed houseparent role over time. The role includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off during the initial phase.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Willingness to lead devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
