Job Summary
Flex Houseparents: a full-time, two-person, married-couple role residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning development/recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and chapel attendance. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule with progression to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement, offering comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires high school diploma or GED, a U.S. driver’s license with eligibility to be certified to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older. Demonstrated integrity, experience with youth, and commitment to a smoke-and weapon-free campus are essential.
