Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents on a on-campus student home helping 8–13 students with supervision, routines, medications, transportation, devotions, and events; initial 9-on/3-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. The role requires a legally married two-person couple ages 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; both spouses must submit individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- high school diploma or GED required
- valid U.S. driver’s license
- ability to lift to 50 lbs
- comfort leading devotions and chapel services
- demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- age 27 or older for both spouses
- no more than three dependent children in home
- smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- prohibited alcohol on duty
- trained to drive student home vans
- two-year marriage requirement
- both spouses must apply individually
- experience working or volunteering with youth
