Full-Time or Pa

Full-Time Flex Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and managing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across various student homes and may transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Requires two married spouses to work together in a two-person role, with on-campus housing provided as part of the compensation package. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, High school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth; the role is on-campus and requires adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy and no alcohol while on duty.
