Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple student homes, with eventual placement into a single, ongoing Houseparent assignment. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Two spouses must apply and be at least 27 years old each for consideration, with a two-year marriage minimum; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
