Job Summary
Full-Time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to provide supervision, mentorship, and care for ~8–13 students; responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
