Full-Time or Pa

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on campus in student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a placed houseparent in a fixed student home. Qualifications include experience with youth, being a legally married two-person couple with both spouses aged 27+, no more than three dependent children in the student home, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus and adherence to Judeo-Christian chapel services are expected.
